Learn how to produce the perfect TrueDent™ dentures yourself!
With our comprehensive ‘TrueDent-To-Go’ training package, you receive professional training in the fabrication of various denture applications with all the necessary knowledge and skills as well as a valuable voucher for four 3D-printed dentures.
This online training course shows you step by step how to produce a monolithically printed MDR Class 1 certified full-colour dental prosthesis completely digitally. You will acquire all the necessary knowledge and skills in the professional training for the production of various dental prosthesis applications.
Why use the TrueDent™ workflow?
TrueDent™ is a resin developed by Stratasys® for 3D printing of dental prostheses. TrueDent™ enables the printing of monolithic, multi-coloured dentures in a single printing process and offers a choice of 10 gum shades and 16 VITA tooth shades. It is approved as a medical device with MDR Class 1 certification and by the FDA as a Class II medical device and fulfils the requirements of ISO 20795-1 for denture materials.
With the TrueDent™ resin and the J5 DentaJet™ 3D printer, you can significantly increase your throughput of full-colour dentures. With this revolutionary combination, you only need 13 hours and 50 minutes for 34 dentures. TrueDent™ and J5 DentaJet™ work with a fully digitalised workflow that allows you to process your intraoral scans as usual with your CAD software and then start printing quickly and easily.
What is included in the training package?
TrueDent™ Training
In our TrueDent-To-Go training package, we teach you the entire TrueDent™ workflow. We explain all process steps - from scanning to working with the digital model, print preparation, the printing process and post-processing - in detail and with many helpful tips and tricks so that you can then produce MDR Class 1-certified TrueDent™ dentures digitally on your own.
Personal Conversation
After completing the course, one of our dental experts will be available for a 60-minute 1-to-1 meeting. Ask questions and receive individual advice on how to implement a fully digitalised workflow in your laboratory.
Voucher for dentures
We then print four digitally produced dentures for you using the TrueDent™ material. If required, you can purchase an additional package with further dentures to be produced by us at any time.
