Super High-Speed Mode
With its revolutionary "Super High-Speed" (SHS) mode, the DentaJet® XL can boost production speed by up to 30% for applications such as clear aligner arches. With this device, labs can create 102 crown and bridge models in 4 hours and 31 minutes or up to 36 aligner arches in just 2 hours and 14 minutes.
The SHS mode ensures accurate output for high-demand applications while maintaining exceptional print quality despite the notable speed gain. Because of its capacity to fulfill deadlines while preserving the quality required for patient-specific dental treatments, the DentaJet® XL is the perfect tool for labs.
For high-volume manufacturing applications where time efficiency is less essential, the second build mode called the “High Quality Speed” (HQS) mode ensures the best surface finish quality possible.
Uninterrupted Printing
The DentaJet® XL can print even the largest works without interruption thanks to its 4kg resin cartridges, which are four times larger than those of the J3 and J5 DentaJet™ models.
By ensuring that cartridges may be changed without stopping the printing process, the hot-swap feature reduces downtime and increases efficiency. This is especially beneficial for labs that handle a lot of cases because it lowers manpower and material requirements, allowing for longer print sessions and more effective workflows.
In addition to lowering the frequency of material changes, the greater cartridge capacity also lessens the possibility of running out of material in the middle of a print, which is a frequent problem in high-volume production settings.
Dual-Material Printing
The DentaJet® XL's output and versatility are boosted by the ability to print two materials at once on a single mixed tray. For instance, labs can create implant cases with both soft gingiva masks and rigid biocompatible bases in one operation. By eliminating the need for different printers or processes, this dual-material capabilities streamlines production without sacrificing accuracy.
Additionally, it enables dental practitioners to manage intricate cases more effectively, producing excellent outcomes for a range of uses. For the creation of multi-component dental models, such as implant models with soft tissue simulation or orthodontic models with distinct material qualities for different parts, the dual-material printing function is especially useful. This feature guarantees flawless component alignment and fit in a single print job and saves time.
Safe and Simple
The DentaJet® XL offers an easy to integrate solution for modern dental labs. Because of its sealed resin environment, isopropyl alcohol (IPA) is not required for post-processing, making the workspace safer, cleaner, and odor-free. This design keeps the temperature and humidity constant for the best print quality while reducing the possibility of unintentional spills or skin contact with uncured resin.
The seamless and easy to learn integration with GrabCAD Print software enables remote monitoring, file correction, support generation, automatic tray organization and even fleet management when putting several printers on the same network. Lab managers may monitor print progress, receive notifications, and start new print jobs remotely from any location, which improves operational flexibility and responsiveness to last-minute modifications or urgent instances.
Broad Material Options
With its remarkable material capabilities designed for high-volume dental labs, the Stratasys DentaJet® XL makes it possible to produce a variety of applications with accuracy and efficiency.
It works with biocompatible materials including VeroGlaze™ (MED620) and MED610™, which are perfect for making temporary restorations, custom imprint trays, and surgical guides. In order to create extremely precise crown and bridge models, orthodontic models, and aligner arches, it also uses rigid opaque materials like VeroDent PureWhite DEN847™. In order to provide adaptability in complex circumstances, the printer can also accommodate translucent and flexible materials for implant models and soft gingiva masks.
The DentaJet® XL simplifies workflows by merging numerous components in a single job using two different materials in one single tray, lowering labor costs and increasing production.
