We offer 3D printing solutions that can process materials using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology and Selective Absorption Fusion (SAF™).

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is an additive manufacturing process that uses a laser as a heat and energy source to sinter powdered material (usually nylon or polyamide). The laser is aligned autonomously to the correct points specified by a digital 3D model, thereby connecting the material to form a solid structure.

High absorption fluid (HAF) is blasted onto a powder bed by industrial-grade piezo-electric printheads during the Selective Absorption Fusion (SAF™) 3D printing process, which defines the area in which to construct the object to be printed. Infrared (IR) radiation is then applied to the powder bed. Because the HAF-containing areas of the bed have a higher emissivity than the surrounding powder, they can absorb more IR energy. This layer-by-layer fuses the components in a chosen manner.

With these technologies, we offer you a large selection of polyamides, polymers and elastomers for processing. These plastics cover a wide range of requirements, such as B. strength, flexibility, electrical resistance, heat resistance or chemical resistance.

The proven and robust plastic Polyamide 12 (PA12) is characterized by high long-term stability and good chemical resistance. In the field of powder bed-based processes, it is not only the cheapest material today, but also biocompatible according to EN ISO 10993-1 or USP / Level VI / 121 °C. In addition to the high process stability and suitability for food contact, this material enables the production of extremely precise and dimensionally stable components in reproducible quality.

PA12 Glass-filled

This cutting-edge powder, which is made of nylon 12 (polyamide 12) mixed with glass particles, has outstanding mechanical strength, stiffness, and thermal stability, making it the perfect option for high-performance applications. PA12 Flame Retardant

Thermoplastic polymer PA12, also known as polyamide 12, is renowned for its superior mechanical qualities, robustness, and chemical resistance. This high-performance plastic consists entirely of renewable raw materials. Castor oil, which is obtained from the seeds of the African miracle tree "Ricinus communis", serves as the basis for polyamide 11 (PA11). The material hardness of PA11, which ranges from more than 40 °C to over 130 °C, is extremely high. Besides, it is strong and flexible enough to replace PP molded parts. Because it does not shatter if broken, this material is particularly important in the automotive industry, where it is often used for car interiors.




An organically grown powder called Polyamide 11 Carbon Fiber (PA11 CF) is used in demanding powder bed fusion applications. Combining extremely high stiffness with excellent ductility and impact resistance, this fabric is one of the strongest in the 3D printing space. When strength and rigidity are required, this carbon fiber reinforced 3D printing material gives your parts advanced mechanical performance in a jet black color.

Polyamide 11 Electrostatic Discharge (PA11 ESD) is a powder material with electrostatic discharge properties for more process reliability in use.
