We offer 3D printing solutions that can process materials using SLA (Stereolithography) and LSPc® (Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing) technology.

SLA technology is a 3D printing process in which liquid, photosensitive resin is poured into a container and UV light interacts with this resin to selectively polymerize (ie. solidify) it. The UV light hardens the resin layer by layer until the final object is complete.

LSPc® technology converts resin into structural plastic using UV light. Advanced membrane technology combined with scalable 4K LCD image masking provides users with a highly productive manufacturing system, allowing them to quickly iterate on product concepts and then immediately move to production.

With advanced Inkjet technology that applies the resin layer by layer and Vison-Controlled Jetting (VCJ) technology that creates a topographic map of each layer after application, the scan data from each layer is used in conjunction with the geometry of the initial part to create the next layer. Real-time dynamic layer generation ensures that parts are produced quickly and accurately every time.

ABS-like

ABS-Like Resin is a unique photopolymer resin specially developed for DLP/LCD 3D printers that can create strong, durable objects with ABS-like properties. This material is unique in that it prevents volume shrinkage during the curing process, ensuring exceptional precision. Due to the exceptional flowability of the resin, printing times are drastically reduced and excellent print quality is guaranteed by the excellent stability and good toughness!

High Temperature

In addition to high hardness, strength, accuracy and a high modulus, high-temperature resins also combine excellent mechanical properties and very high weather and temperature resistance in one. Ceramic-filled

Ceramic-filled resins have exceptionally high stiffness (10,000 MPa) and high temperature resistance (HDT of over 280ºC at 0.45 MPa). 3D printed parts with ceramic-filled resins have a white, ceramic-like color and feel.

Material

Transparent

Transparent resin is clear and allows light to pass through, making it ideal for creating transparent or translucent objects. It can have good tensile strength and impact resistance, depending on their composition. Some resins are engineered to be exceptionally strong and durable.It can vary in hardness, with some being relatively soft and flexible, while others are rigid and hard. The hardness can be adjusted based on the specific formulation of the resin. Transparent resins often have resistance to chemicals, making them suitable for applications where they might come into contact with various substances.

Material

Flexible

A light-curable 3D printing resin known as flexible resin has similar properties to rubber. It is characterised by flexible yet strong parts. The Shore hardness of the resin after curing determines how rigid or flexible the parts are. Our flexible 3D printing resins have a Shore hardness of around 30A to a maximum of 80A.

It is a rigid plastic with a stable carbon nanotube dispersion that offers optimal static dissipation and isotropic mechanical properties required by the electronics industry.

Tooling

Specialised resins are utilized in tooling applications to make molds, prototypes, and tooling fixtures for a variety of industries. These resins, also known as tooling resins or mold-making resins, are designed to withstand pressure, extreme temperatures, and frequent use. They frequently display outstanding dimensional stability, ensuring that the molds keep their form and precision over time. Intricate molds for complex parts and components can be made using tooling resins, which are renowned for their superb surface polish and precise detail replication. In order to survive the heat produced during procedures like injection molding and composite curing, these resins frequently feature high heat deflection. Furthermore, they show little shrinkage after curing, guaranteeing that the molds keep their precise dimensions.
