Large format SLA printer that produces large components with excellent surface finish, accuracy and detail. The SLA printer produces parts with excellent surface finish on the 800 × 800 × 600 mm build platform. Produce large parts without the need to cut up the file, or build multiple parts in one print to save time and cost.

The Stratasys® Neo®800 prints many parts in one pass to save time and money or large parts without the need for splitting. The build platform of the Stratasys® Neo®800 measures 800 x 800 x 600 mm.
The Stratasys® Neo®800 produces parts with unsurpassed quality and high accuracy. The Stratasys® Neo®800 features a 2-watt laser with a beam size of 150 to 600 µm and a dynamic and variable focus.
The scanning system of the Stratasys® Neo®800 provides remarkable layer-to-layer repeatability by using state-of-the-art laser and scanner technology. The printed parts have excellent surface quality and high resolution.
Print speed is improved by carefully developed and efficient software. The Neo® series is equipped with dynamic laser dot control as standard, with a variable option available for even faster build times.
The high-power laser of the Stratasys® Neo®800 processes all 355 Nm SLA resins currently on the market with optimum productivity. An open material system means that users of the system are not bound by the usual parameters and manufacturer materials.
Stratasys® Neo®800 is carefully engineered, developed with state-of-the-art technology, and equipped with proven components and aesthetic finishes.
Conveniently remove the Stratasys® Neo®800 platform with components weighing up to 40 kg from the SLA system using the Stratasys Neo Unload Trolley and unload them for the washdown process. The parts can then enter the UV800 post-cure chamber to optimize and improve the strength and performance of each part.
Use the built-in camera, emailed progress reports and status updates to stay informed. Customer recommendations are the basis for Neo® Series software updates.
Prepare for printing with intuitive Titanium software, which optimizes print quality and captures print data for better traceability to increase work efficiency.
Dynamic laser focusing and SD and HD build modes enable the production of highly accurate and detailed parts with intricate, small and large designs.
Washing print models ensures that uncured resin is removed from the surface of the components. The washing process takes only a few minutes.
Printed parts must undergo a final curing process. Stratasys® UV800 is designed to meet this requirement with high-intensity UV lamps and a rotary table.
