Live Sinter software provides state-of-the-art simulation capabilities to predict and compensate for errors when sintering 3D printed components from desktop metal binder jetting systems. This allows us to compensate for the effects of gravity, friction, shrinkage and deformation.

Live Sinter calculates a geometry that is oppositely deformed and becomes a dimensionally stable part after sintering to meet dimensional specifications. The unique deformation adjustment made possible by Live Sinter ensures perfect parts after the first print job.
