Send EmailWith the Roboze ARGO 350 in your shop, you can produce your parts in a matter of hours. Create large-format finished parts with a 3D printer with 10 µm positioning accuracy and consistent repeatability.
The Roboze Argo 350 is a high-temperature industrial 3D printer from the Italian manufacturer Roboze. With its extruder capable of reaching 450°C and build envelope that heats up to 180°C, the ARGO 350 is compatible with superpolymers and composites such as PEEK, Carbon Peek, Helios PEEK 2005, Carbon PA and Ultem AM9085F, as well as polymers such as PC LEXAN EXL AMHI240F, FUNCTIONAL-NYLON, ABS-ESD, PP, FLEX-TPU, STRONG-ABS, and ULTRA-PLA.
Technical data:
Construction volume: 350 x 300 x 300 mm
Accuracy: XY:10µm ; Z:25µm
High-definition profile: 0.225 mm
Standard profile: 0.300 mm
Roboze has a beltless system, with a patented direct mechatronic movement of the X and Y axis through a gear rail. The system guarantees high mechanical precision and unparalleled positionality for a constant production process.
The innovative extrusion mechanism of the ARGO 350, the so-called HVP extruder, enables the printing of superpolymers and composites. 3D printing takes place at up to 450 °C and with different extruders adapted to the filament.
The Roboze Argo 350 has a volume of 350 x 300 x 300 mm (13.8 x 11.8 x 11.8 in), the smallest build size in the ARGO series.
The automatic leveling mechanism of the Roboze ARGO 350 build plate ensures perfect flatness and adhesion of the first layer and guarantees repeatable printing results. Manual intervention is not required in this process.
The ARGO 350 has been designed to produce finished parts from the best superpolymers and composites available on the market. All aspects of material management are tightly controlled, from hygroscopy, drying, and preheating to the progressive cooling phase of the produced part. The entire system is designed to deliver exceptional mechanical performance.
Thanks to the heated chamber of the Roboze ARGO 350, printing can be performed in a heated and regulated environment. To ensure the thermal fusion of the layers and compliance with the dimensional tolerances of the printed object, this reaches a temperature of up to 180°C.
The Roboze HT Filament Dryer, integrated into the Roboze ARGO 350, can ensure ideal material drying and treatment. When a material is moisture-free, unmatched mechanical performance and surface quality of the final product are guaranteed.
The printing process on the Roboze ARGO 350 is highly automated and subject to strict control - from the loading of the material to the self-calibration of the build plate, to the report at the end of the printing phase. The first step to excellent process management controls.
The Roboze ARGO 350 is equipped with a remote control function that enables pressure and status monitoring. As time is an increasingly important factor, the ARGO 350 can be controlled from different locations thanks to the remote connection.
Using ULTEM AM9085F, Roboze technology has been able to produce cup holders that save up to 71% of costs.
By using carbon PA instead of metal, a centering device was developed that reduced the number of parts in the bearing by 92%.
By using PEEK, Roboze technology, 39% of costs could be saved in the production of bus bar holders.
By using carbon PEEK instead of specially alloyed brass, gears could be produced and their weight reduced by 84%.
