Send EmailEvonik Industries AG is a global specialty chemicals company headquartered in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia. This industrial giant was founded in 2006 and we have been their partner for industrial 3D printing materials in the DACH and Benelux region since 2023.
The history of Evonik Industries AG goes back to 1847, when the German chemist Theodor Goldschmidt founded the Chemische Fabrik Theodor Goldschmidt, later also known as Evonik Goldschmidt GmbH. Evonik was a pioneer for a variety of specialty chemical products and since 1996 they have also been a pioneer of 3D printing materials.
Starting with PA12 powder for powder bed fusion, to other powders, to various filaments and resins, Evonik is still using its nearly 30 years of experience in additive manufacturing to provide industrial materials with a wide range of properties suitable for the most demanding industries.
With its many different materials, Evonik is an essential pillar of our portfolio. Thanks to these, we can offer our customers and partners exceptional component properties, ranging from elastic to high-strength and from chemical-resistant to flame-retardant.
We are also working directly with Evonik to validate their materials on our open material system printers. Thanks to our expertise with the printers and Evonik's expertise with the materials, our partnership results in a unique symbiosis that benefits our customers and partners.
