The PostPro UP is designed to close the final automation gap in the additive manufacturing value chain—unpacking and build cake removal. Intended for high-throughput powder bed systems, PostPro UP enables rapid, automatic extraction and preparation of printed builds for subsequent depowdering, smoothing, and inspection stages. With automated tray and bulk cake handling, the system efficiently eliminates manual labor, reduces health and safety risks related to powder exposure, and ensures a clean production floor.

Integrated with leading AMT Digital Manufacturing Systems, PostPro UP is compatible with major industrial printer brands, including HP Multi Jet Fusion, EOS P3, Stratasys® SAF™, and more. It is engineered for flexible configuration, supporting various build plate sizes and material types. Direct integration with existing depowdering, coloring, and finishing workflows further boosts productivity and repeatability, making high-volume, production-grade 3D printing a reality.
