Integrated with leading AMT Digital Manufacturing Systems, PostPro UP is compatible with major industrial printer brands, including HP Multi Jet Fusion, EOS P3, Stratasys® SAF™, and more. It is engineered for flexible configuration, supporting various build plate sizes and material types. Direct integration with existing depowdering, coloring, and finishing workflows further boosts productivity and repeatability, making high-volume, production-grade 3D printing a reality. As a fully digital system, its operational parameters and recipes are customizable for varying geometries and materials, supporting traceability and process control at industrial scale.

PostPro UP utilizes a synergistic combination of mechanical vibration and pressurized air blasts to effectively dislodge and remove excess powder from 3D printed parts. This ensures thorough depowdering while minimizing manual intervention, reducing processing time and improving worker safety by controlling powder dust exposure.
The system is designed with tailored mechanical and software interfaces to seamlessly connect with major industrial 3D printers like HP’s NCU, EOS P3, and Stratasys® SAF™. This ensures smooth build unit handling and maximizes compatibility, facilitating easy integration into existing production workflows.
By linking directly to AMT’s Powder Recovery System, PostPro UP streamlines the reuse and recycling of excess build powder. This integration supports sustainable manufacturing by optimizing powder recovery rates and reducing material waste, which lowers operational costs and environmental impact.
PostPro UP features a user-friendly 7-inch touchscreen interface allowing easy control over processing parameters via customizable recipes. Safety interlocks integrated into the system prevent operation when access doors are open, ensuring operator safety without sacrificing process efficiency.
The system is ergonomically designed with a loading height of around 1200 mm, reducing operator fatigue and facilitating comfortable build unit handling. Front service access allows quick maintenance and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime in production environments.
To maximize safety, PostPro UP incorporates dual emergency stop buttons and interlocked safety doors that immediately halt operation if breached. These features safeguard operators against accidental exposure and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards.
