INFINAM PA 6013 P is a premium, carbon black-embedded PA12 powder optimized for powder bed fusion 3D printing technologies such as SLS, HSS, and MJF. It delivers outstanding mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and durability, making it an ideal material for high-demand industrial applications, including aerospace, automotive, and outdoor use where UV resistance is critical.
Leveraging an innovative precipitation manufacturing process, each particle of INFINAM PA 6013 P contains a substantial amount of carbon black encapsulated within the PA12 shell. This engineered design results in superior powder flowability and uniform sintering behavior, ensuring consistent print quality and smooth surface finishes.
The significant core-shell carbon black content provides true pigmentation without additional dyeing, along with elevated resistance to ultraviolet rays and abrasion.
