The Raise3D C220‑P is an integrated post‑processing and powder‑handling station for the RMS220 SLS printer, streamlining part extraction, powder recovery, and powder preparation into one clean, efficient workflow.
The Raise3D C220‑P is a dedicated post‑processing and material‑management system engineered specifically for the Raise3D RMS220 SLS 3D printer. As the core companion to the printer, it consolidates powder recovery, part extraction, powder metering, and mixing in a single, ergonomic station, turning a messy, manual sequence into a clean, guided process. After a build is complete, users can swiftly transfer the molding unit to the C220‑P, where printed parts are separated from the surrounding powder and the reusable material is captured for further use.
With its integrated fresh and used powder hoppers (20 L each), the C220‑P enables controlled blending of virgin and recycled powder, helping maintain consistent material properties from batch to batch. This built‑in powder loop reduces waste, lowers material costs, and supports stable print quality over time. The machine’s design focuses on ease of handling: parts are extracted at a comfortable working height, collected safely, and prepared for subsequent steps such as depowdering or finishing, while powder is funneled and contained rather than dispersed.
Technical Specifications:
Cleaning Volume: 220 x 220 x 350 mm
Fresh Powder Hopper: 20 L
Used Powder Hopper: 20 L
Noise: <70 dB(A) when running
The C220‑P combines powder recovery, part extraction, metering, and mixing in a single station, turning multiple manual steps into one continuous, guided process and shortening turnaround time between RMS220 builds.
With enclosed handling, HEPA filtration, and controlled powder routing into dedicated fresh and used hoppers, the C220‑P reduces airborne powder, improves cleanliness around the SLS cell, and supports safer day‑to‑day operation.
Separate 20 L fresh and 20 L used powder hoppers, plus integrated mixing and RFID tracking, help maintain consistent blend ratios and material properties over time while maximizing reuse of recovered powder and reducing waste.
Robust construction, a dedicated cleaning volume matched to the RMS220, and modern controls (7" touchscreen, Wi‑Fi/LAN/USB connectivity, Linux‑based controller) make the C220‑P suitable for continuous industrial use and easy integration into digital production workflows.
