Tritone Dim System

Tritone Studio Software is a specialized platform designed to optimize the preparation, control, and monitoring of additive manufacturing jobs on the Tritone Systems. Unlike traditional slicers, Tritone Studio integrates deeply with Tritone’s unique MoldJet® process, providing advanced file preparation tools tailored for paste-based metal and ceramic feedstocks.

The software features an intuitive and user-friendly interface that gives operators live feedback including axis position, temperature regulation, and previews of upcoming and completed layers for complete process transparency. One of its standout capabilities is real-time AI-powered inspection and correction; the software analyzes each printed layer visually and automatically removes or corrects defects to ensure consistent, high-quality output without manual intervention.

Tritone Studio supports variable layer thickness within the same print job, allowing manufacturers to optimize print speed and precision dynamically for different part areas. It also enables operating and controlling all system elements, including the six build trays, via touchscreen, simplifying job setup and execution. Importantly, Tritone Studio can handle multiple independent manufacturing jobs concurrently, facilitating throughput scalability and workflow flexibility essential for industrial serial production.
