BoneMatrix creates complex material depositing patterns that mimic porous bone structures, fibrotic tissues, and ligaments.

It is a tough, flexible material with memory to maintain its shape. Musculoskeletal models match bone density characteristics and behave like native bone when force is applied such as discectomy, drilling, reaming or sawing.

DraftWhite™ is a rigid white material from Stratasys that was specifically developed for single-material medical applications such as orthopedics and craniomaxillofacial. It features a good surface finish and high impact resistance. The attributes are similar to Polypropylene (PP), making it ideal for tooling applications, manufacturing aids, brackets, jigs and fixtures, housings and consumer applications like insoles.

Elastico™ is a high-quality, rubber-like PolyJet™ photopolymer, ideal for advanced design validation and rapid prototyping. Manufacture more durable and tear-resistant prototypes that can withstand repeated bending and forming. Elastico has a Shore A value of 45, is available in transparent and black, and has the exact appearance, texture, and properties of rubber-like products. You can produce rubber coatings, over-molds, soft-touch coatings, film hinges, jigs and fixtures, wearables, handles, and seals with improved surface texture through 3D printing.

Unique GelMatrix material and GelSupport™ depositing patterns allow you to print small and large, complex vascular structures and easily remove internal support material.

The advanced material has a pudding-like consistency that allows for simple cleaning of blood vessel models. Water jets easily remove GelMatrix from blood vessels with inner diameters and wall thicknesses as small as 1.0 mm.

MED615RGD™ is an Ivory opaque, Rigid, biocompatible PolyJet™ material medically grade for bodily contact. The printed parts are ideal for medical applications requiring precision and patient contact.

The material is designed for medical applications and is suitable for permanent (more than 30 days) contact with intact skin, limited (up to 24 hours) contact with mucosal membranes and breached or compromised surfaces, and limited (up to 24 hours) contact with tissue and bone .
Printed parts with Biocompatible Opaque can be sterilized with EtO, Steam, or Gamma sterilization methods.

Biocompatible Digital ABS Plus™ is designed to simulate standard ABS plastics by combining high-temperature resistance with toughness. The material significantly improves the mechanical performance of biocompatible parts for medical prototyping and functional performance testing. The material will allow you to create cutting guide* models that are sterilizable and biocompatible.

MED610 is a transparent, biocompatible dental resin tested for over 30 days of skin contact and up to 24 hours of mucosal membrane contact. This rigid material offers high dimensional stability, making it ideal for printing surgical guides and removable partial denture casting patterns.

MED625FLX is a transparent, flexible biocompatible material designed for printing gingival masks and orthodontic bonding trays. It is suitable for skin contact over 30 days and short-term mucosal membrane contact up to 24 hours.

The softest commercially available 3D printing material lets you create models that feel and behave like native organ tissue when force is applied.

TissueMatrix is soft and flexible, but durable enough for suturing, cutting, inserting, and deploying devices. Combined with Agilus30, it creates a range - from highly extensible to stiffened - to simulate fatty tissue, fibrotic tissue, soft organs and tumors.

A study comparing the biomechanical properties of porcine tissue to 3D printed myocardium found that Digital Anatomy printed models mimic real tissue better than any other material.

VeroBlackPlus™ is a black, opaque photopolymer material from Stratasys for 3D printing. It offers high detail accuracy and surface quality, making it attractive for the production of technical prototypes, design models, and product design.

VeroCyanV™ is a cyan-colored photopolymer material from Stratasys for 3D printing. It offers high color brilliance and detail accuracy, making it interesting for the production of design models, product prototypes, and visualizations.

VeroMagentaV™ is a magenta-colored photopolymer material from Stratasys for 3D printing. It is characterized by an intense color and high surface quality, making it suitable for the creation of design objects, packaging, and visualizations.

For prototyping purposes, you can replicate with VeroUltra™Clear acrylic and achieve a light transmittance of 95% of the material. This is practical for prototypes made of glass and clear polymers or for transparent packaging. The higher light transmittance of VeroUltra™Clear surpasses that of VeroClear and has a lower yellow index.

VeroYellowV™ is a yellow photopolymer material from Stratasys for 3D printing. It offers a vibrant color and high detail accuracy, making it interesting for the production of prototypes, design models, and visualizations.

WSS™150 is a water-soluble support material from Stratasys that was specifically developed for PolyJet 3D printing. It is a dissolvable support material that can be easily removed with water. It was developed to provide support for overhangs and complex geometries during the PolyJet 3D printing process. WSS™150 is used with the PolyJet 3D printers J35™ Pro and J55 Prime.
