The 15-5 PH stainless steel drom Tritone is a martensitic, precipitation-hardening alloy combining high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good mechanical performance. It maintains its properties up to approximately 315 °C, demonstrating toughness, good ductility, and stability even after heat treatment. 15-5 PH is widely used in aerospace, chemical, petrochemical, food processing, paper, and general engineering applications. The alloy’s properties can be tailored by solution treatment and aging, allowing for precise hardness and strength adjustments.

The 17-4 PH stainless steel from Tritone is a precipitation-hardening martensitic alloy offering high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good machinability. When heat treated, 4340 steel can achieve hardness levels above 53 HRC while maintaining excellent toughness and fatigue resistance. Tritone 4140 is a low-alloy steel alloyed with chromium, molybdenum, and manganese. It features high fatigue strength, excellent abrasion and impact resistance, toughness, and torsional strength. Widely used for gears, shafts, bolts, and fasteners in automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries, 4140 steel exhibits tensile strength around 655 MPa, yield strength approximately 415 MPa, and Brinell hardness near 197. Tritone H13 is a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium hot-work tool steel renowned for its excellent combination of high toughness and fatigue resistance, outperforming most other tool steels. Tritone D2 tool steel is a high-carbon, high-chromium alloy celebrated for its superior wear resistance, hardness, and dimensional stability. With an optimal balance of toughness and wear resistance, D2 is commonly used for rolls, punches, blanking, forming, trimming dies, shear knives, and similar tooling applications. Tritone Inconel 718 is a nickel-based superalloy designed for high-strength applications across a broad temperature range from cryogenic levels up to 760 °C (1380 °F). Its composition includes nickel, chromium (around 17–21%), molybdenum, niobium, and traces of other elements, providing excellent tensile and impact strength, high creep resistance, and outstanding corrosion and oxidation resistance. Thanks to its precipitation-hardening capability, Inconel 718 can achieve tensile strengths of over 1250 MPa (around 182,000 psi) and maintain durability in extreme environments, including aerospace jet engines, gas turbines, and high-performance structural components.

Tritone Ti6Al4V (Ti-64) is the most commonly used alpha-beta titanium alloy, often referred to as the "workhorse alloy" of the titanium industry. The low-oxygen variant, Ti6Al4V ELI (ASTM grade 23), is extensively used in biomedical applications due to superior biocompatibility.
