ABS-ESD7™ combines the strength and durability of ABS material with carbon to provide electrostatic dissipative (ESD) properties. Now it’s possible to create prototypes, fixtures and support equipment for electronics and other static-sensitive applications with ESD-capable ABS material.

ABS-ESD7™ (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene-electrostatic dissipative) is an ABS thermoplastic with static dissipative properties suited for static discharge-sensitive applications. ABS-ESD7 prevents static electricity buildup so it will not produce a discharge or attract other materials like powders, dust and fine particles.

The material is ideal for jigs and fixtures used to fabricate and assemble electronic components and associated production line and conveyor parts. It is also useful for producing functional prototypes, enclosures and packaging.

ABS-M30 brings the familiarity and versatility of ABS material (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) to the FDM 3D printing plastics lineup. It’s an ideal material for form and fit checks, functional prototyping and other 3D printing applications. ABS-M30 is characterized by its strength and toughness, while being lightweight and resilient. For general-use 3D printing, ABS-M30 is the optimal choice, blending utility and economy.

Antero 800NA is one of the Stratasys PEKK materials, possessing excellent physical and mechanical properties. In addition to being tough and wear-resistant, Antero 800NA is characterized by high strength, high heat resistance, low outgassing and superior chemical resistance. These qualities make it a useful aerospace material and suitable for applications requiring durability and weight reduction.

Antero 800NA combines the benefits of PEKK with FDM’s design freedom, allowing more complex geometries free from typical machining constraints. 3D printing with PEKK also saves material by using it only where needed, reducing cost, compared to the substantial waste of machined PEKK.

ASA filament (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) is the perfect all-purpose 3D printing thermoplastic, suitable for many different applications. It has a similar chemical makeup to ABS plastic but offers three improvements: better mechanical properties, superior aesthetics and it’s UV resistant. ASA material also comes in 10 colors, more than any other FDM material.

FDM Nylon 12 combines the benefits of Nylon 12 with the design freedom and reliability of FDM 3D printing. Prototype faster and for less cost than injection molding using the same material as your production parts, with one of industry’s most widely used engineering thermoplastics.

The strength, toughness and excellent fatigue properties of FDM Nylon 12 make it a perfect fit for applications involving snap-fit closures, tools with press-fit inserts and vibration-resistant parts. Strong and tough with just enough flex.

FDM Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber (Nylon 12CF) combines Nylon 12 and chopped carbon fiber to achieve the highest flexural strength and stiffness-to-weight ratio of any FDM material. Nylon 12CF also provides a cleaner carbon fiber additive process than SLA with equivalent strength properties.

PC is a polycarbonate FDM® filament that brings the attributes of this industrial plastic to 3D printing applications. PC is characterized by its high strength and impact resistance, coupled with dimensional stability and heat resistance. These attributes make it a good choice for 3D printed prototypes, parts and tools that demand higher material properties than ABS or ASA. FDM PC is available in white and is compatible with both breakaway and soluble support materials.

Biocompatible and Sterilizable Polycarbonate (PC)

PC-ISO is a biocompatible polycarbonate material, compliant with ISO 10993 and USP Class VI. It’s also sterilizable using gamma radiation or ethylene oxide (EtO). These characteristics make PC-ISO well suited for applications needing biocompatible or sterilized 3D printed parts in the medical, pharmaceutical and food-related industries.

High-performance FDM PEI thermoplastic.

ULTEM™ 9085 filament is a high-performance thermoplastic with excellent physical and mechanical properties for high-demand and specialty applications using FDM technology. It is among the strongest of Stratasys FDM materials and its high-strength-to-weight ratio makes it well suited for high-strength/low-weight applications. Additionally, ULTEM™ 9085 filament possesses high impact resistance and very good chemical tolerance, and meets multiple transportation industry standards for flame, smoke, and toxicity requirements.

ULTEM™ 9085 filament certified grade has the same characteristics but also comes with traceability documentation and meets more extensive and stringent test criteria. A Certificate of Analysis enables users to track the filament back to the raw pellet stock. A Certificate of Conformance identifies compliance with approved Stratasys and industry standards. This makes ULTEM™ 9085 filament certified grade highly suitable for industries that require a higher level of material traceability.

FDM PEI Thermoplastic

High Strength and Excellent Thermal Properties.

ULTEM™ 1010 resin is a high-performance polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic, strong 3d printing material. It has high heat resistance while exhibiting the lowest coefficient of thermal expansion among FDM materials. Combined with high strength properties, ULTEM 1010 resin is the strongest FDM material and is perfect for demanding and specialized applications like lightweight composite tooling.

Certified Grade for Specialty Applications.

For special medical and food-related applications, ULTEM™ 1010 CG (certified grade) comes with additional documentation to demonstrate compliance with industry standards for ISO 10993 and USP Class VI biocompatibility, and NSF 51 food safety requirements.

FDM Composite Molding Material

Make Composite Molds for Hollow Core Parts.

ST-130 is a soluble 3D printing material. It’s main use is for making sacrificial 3D printed composite tools for hollow core parts like tubes, manifolds and ducts. The dissolvable ST-130 filament is printed to form a mold in the shape of the final desired part. The composite material is then wrapped around the mold and cured. After cure, the part and mold are immersed in a solution bath, dissolving the ST-130 sacrificial material, leaving the finished hollow composite part.

ST-130 is capable of autoclave cure and is typically used with a standard triangle fill pattern to promote fast dissolution, optimize build speed and conserve material. It’s particularly advantageous for making complex hollow composite shapes, which would normally require multipiece clamshell molds that produce seams in the part. Molds made with ST-130 let you create seamless, single-piece parts in one lay-up operation.
