Compared to other elastomers, Roboze FLEX TPU has guaranteed higher continuous service temperature (248°F/120 ° C), greater chemical resistance and good resistance to wear and abrasion.

Roboze PEEK is a semi-crystalline superpolymer that combines excellent mechanical properties with incredible thermal and chemical resistance and is used in extreme applications where electrical insulation, high wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction are required.

Carbon PEEK is a composite material with a PEEK matrix reinforced with 20% chopped carbon fibers. These greatly improve the compressive strength, stiffness, and load capacity of the composite compared to virgin PEEK, vastly increasing the breadth of the applications possible.

Carbon PEEK has a higher thermal and electrical conductivity than neat PEEK and therefore reduces its rate of thermal expansion with a lower coefficient of linear thermal expansion (CLTE). Together with the chemical resistance typical of semi-crystalline polymers, it offers excellent mechanical properties and stability.

Roboze ToolingX CF is a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite. It is lightweight and has exceptional thermal stability, chemical resistance and is inherently self-extinguishing.

Excellent mechanical properties: The mechanical properties of parts printed with Roboze Bio-based PA enable applications where tensile stresses on the order of 60 MPa can be expected. When the material is exposed to humidity, the modulus of elasticity decreases only marginally.

Carbon PA PRO is a composite material in which chopped carbon fibers are incorporated into a polyamide matrix, creating one of the highest-performing 3D printing polymers in the entire industry. The reinforcement of the semi-crystalline PA 6 plastic with chopped carbon fibers results in a much stronger material than normal polyamide.
