Technical filament made of polyamide modified for 3D printing with additional carbon fiber filler content. The carbon fibers minimize shrinkage; warping behavior is thus largely reduced.
Material properties
The material shows enormous strengths with remaining impact strength with very low warping tendency and very good layer adhesion. Due to the good heat and media resistance, all areas of application are suitable for high-strength parts. Beautiful surface appearance with a matt gloss. Very stiff filament that can break in the feed at tight bending radii. At low wall thicknesses, printed parts can become very flexible under the influence of moisture; in this case, F3 PA-CF Lite is recommended. The material differs from F3 PA-CF Lite in increased strength and easier printability with increased sensitivity to moisture during printing.
Processing information
The use of abrasion-resistant nozzles is highly recommended. The filament must be stored and printed dry for the best printing results.
