Meltio Nickel 625

Meltio Nickel 625 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy with the following properties:

Excellent corrosion resistance: Ideal for aggressive environments, including seawater and chemical plants, and highly resistant to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.

High strength at extreme temperatures: Maintains mechanical properties from cryogenic to 982°C.

Versatile applications: Applications in aerospace, marine technology, chemical processing, offshore installations, oil and gas, and nuclear technology.

Precise additive manufacturing: Enables complex geometries and optimized material distribution using Meltio's Laser Wire Deposition technology.
