Nexa3D® xCast

Nexa3D® xCast is specifically designed for the production of investment casting patterns on all Nexa3D® equipment.

The material burns out cleanly and can be used for a wide range of metals, including titanium and aluminum alloys.

A productivity gain over conventional and additive processes is made possible by producing patterns for any foundry's investment casting process.

Nexa3D® xCast patterns are processed similar to wax without autoclaves and flash fired from the ceramic mold.

Thanks to the low ash content, xCast can be used to produce high-resolution parts with an excellent surface finish.
