Raise3D PA11 (SLS)

Raise3D PA11 (SLS) is a high-performance, bio-based polyamide powder with a matte black surface finish designed for Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing, offering an optimal balance of strength, flexibility, and impact resistance. Derived from renewable castor oil, PA11 is recognized for its high elongation at break, ductility, and resistance to splintering, making it particularly suitable for functional prototypes, series production, and parts subjected to repeated deformation such as living hinges and snap fits.

It has higher toughness when compared to PA12. The material exhibits excellent mechanical properties, demonstrates superior chemical and heat resistance, and maintains stable mechanical properties across a broad temperature range. Its biocompatibility and low CO₂ footprint further enhance its appeal for applications in automotive, aerospace, medical devices, and consumer goods, especially where durability, flexibility, and environmental sustainability are required.
