Raise3D DF2
A state-of-the-art DLP 3D printer, the Raise3D DF2 is poised to transform prototyping and small-batch manufacturing. The DF2 produces superb detail and smooth surfaces thanks to its high-precision 2560 x 1440 resolution, layer heights as fine as 50 microns, and a sizable build volume of 200 x 112 x 300 mm.
Washing Station
Raise3D DF Wash
An integral part of the DF2 DLP 3D printing technology is the Raise3D DF Wash. Parts up to 200 x 112 x 300 mm in size can fit in its roomy 14-liter washing tank. The DF Wash has sophisticated features including twin-turbo cleaning, hand washing simulation, and double fan air drying, and it works with a variety of solvents, including IPA and TPM. When used with the DF2 printer and DF Cure station, its RFID technology allows for the automatic creation of wash profiles, guaranteeing a traceable and effective workflow. In order to avoid solvent splashing and volatilization, the device also has safety features like a closed washing system and automatic liquid drainage with a waste container.
Curing Station
Raise3D DF Cure
To complement the DF2, the Raise3D DF Cure is a powerful post-processing station. It has a large curing chamber that can accommodate up to 230 x 300 mm of curing area. The DF Cure combines an air heating system that can reach temperatures of up to 120°C with a multipurpose LED light source that emits multiple wavelengths (365, 385, and 405 nm) for efficient curing. When combined with the DF2 printer and DF Wash, this curing station's RFID technology for automatic profile settings ensures a traceable and effective workflow. The DF Cure improves the overall quality and characteristics of produced components by streamlining the last step of the resin 3D printing process with its advanced features and adjustable curing profiles.
