Henkel LOCTITE® 3D PRO476™ Black is a high-strength photoplastic with good impact resistance, moderate heat resistance and excellent surface finish. It is ideal for a variety of performance prototype and tooling applications and can be machined, tapped, or polished for final finish.

LOCTITE® 3D PRO410™ Black is a fast printing, rigid photopolymer that can be printed with very high-resolution. It has been formulated to provide high print accuracy and an exceptional surface finish. This material prints three times faster than traditional Henkel 3D printing resins. This product is ideal for printing accurate prototypes, that will be exposed to temperatures up to 60°C.

LOCTITE® 3D PRO417™ Black is a high-strength photopolymer with good impact strength, moderate heat resistance and excellent surface finish. It is ideal for a variety of high performance prototyping and tooling applications and can be machined, threaded or polished for finishing. Henkel LOCTITE® 3D PRO417™ has high green strength so it can be printed accurately and performs at room temperature.

High impact, semi-flexible resin suitable for broad applications

LOCTITE 3D 3843 TM is a semi-flexible resin with moderate temperature resistance HDT60, high impact strength, and versatile for a broad range of applications. This material is a high-strength engineering plastic with good impact resistance and excellent surface finish. It is ideal for a wide variety of tools in the production floor. It displays high green strength and HDT enabling it to print accurately and function at room temperature. It is compatible with a broad range of DLP machines.

Ultracur3D® EL 60 by Forward AM is a very versatile reactive urethane photopolymer for highly elastic applications, combining very good torsional strength and elongation at break with high softness (Shore 75 A) and low water uptake. It shows almost no compression set over time, and is very easy to print.

Ultracur3D® EL 4000 by Forward AM is the latest addition to our flexible and elastomeric resins. With its high hardness of Shore 90 A, it is at the high end of our portfolio, which now covers the whole spectrum from Shore 40 A to 90 A. Due to its superior strength, rebound, and tear resistance, this material is perfectly suitable for applications such as footwear, bike saddles, and cushioning pads.

Ceramic-Filled Resin with Exceptionally High Stiffness and Temperature Resistance

Ultracur3D® RG 3280 is the first composite material we are adding to our rigid product line. Due to the high loading of ceramic particles, this material has an extremely high stiffness around 10 GPa and an HDT B above 280°C.

Rigid Resin with Superior Stiffness and Temperature Resistance

Ultracur3D® RG 1100 by Forward AM is a high-strength polyurethane-based engineering grade resin with mechanical properties comparable to widely spread injection molding grades used in automotive or other demanding industries. Due to its high heat deflection temperature (HDT 116°C), its good chemical resistance and long-term UV-stability this material is perfectly suitable for applications such as automotive connectors, demanding engineering parts, exterior covers, brackets and housings.
