Raise3D PPA (polyphthalamide) Support Filament is a breakaway support material specially designed for PPA (polyphthalamide). PS CF is a Polyphenylene Sulfide reinforced with 15% carbon fibers directly in the filament. The added carbon fiber is more resistant than natural PPS. Lightweight and versatile in printing, it does not deform. It is an ultra-high-performance filament that feels mechanical and metallic. Filament Spectrum PA6 CF15 is a black, high-temperature construction material based on polyamide 6. The filling with 15% carbon fiber has the effect that the mechanical strength of polyamide, which is the basis of the material, is increased several times.

A characteristic feature of this material is that the moisture absorption is halved in comparison with pure PA6, and the water absorption time is four times shorter in comparison with pure PA6.

No heated chamber is required during printing and no deformation (shrinkage) occurs. The material is compatible with HIPS and PVOH excipients.
