PETG is a user-friendly filament as it is easily printed. At speeds 20% higher than PLA it benefits from excellent thermal stability, so allowing for the printing of transparent objects with excellent thermal and mechanical resistance. PLA Ingeo 850 Filament is the best option in terms of 3D printing materials, as it has the characteristics of a common PLA, its ease of printing and great adhesion, and also mechanical characteristics very close to ABS such as high impact resistance. These characteristics can be increased if the piece is subjected to a crystallisation process (120°C and 15-20 min) achieving a glass transition temperature of 85°C, very close to that of ABS and an impact resistance 15% higher than that of ABS.

The new DuraPro ASA has been specially developed for industrial applications and is characterised by its high UV and weather resistance. Thanks to its resistance to high temperatures, alcohol and chemicals, Nylon is particularly useful for mechanical and technical applications. It is extremely durable, strong and unbreakable. It is easily machined with tools designed for metal processing and it is also easily painted, which makes it even more versatile and functional.

It is incredibly flexible – it expands by 50% before it breaks. However, it is not resistant to concentrated alkalis and acids.

ABS is a real expert in durability. Prints made using this filament are characterized by their hardness and high impact resistance. They are also resistant to high temperatures and abrasion. These properties extend the possibilities of ABS application.

The EASY PET-G filament is an interesting proposition for those looking for a combination of the ease of 3D printing with functional and aesthetic values. PET enriched with the addition of glycol ensures high resistance to mechanical, chemical and atmospheric factors, and its high amorphy combined with a very good flow allows obtaining prints with greater transparency and better layer bonding.

Printing with the EASY PET-G filament is characterized by the absence of the deficiencies of working with the classic PET-G: stringing, blistering and filament burning. Achieving stunning effects is as easy as with the EASY PLA filament on any 3D printer.

The above properties make EASY PET-G an excellent combination of the strength of the traditional PET-G and the simplicity and predictability of EASY PLA, so appreciated by 3D printer users.

EASY PET-G size 1.75 mm is available in a transparent and non-transparent version in a wide range of colors. The vivid colors and reflections of light give the printed elements an attractive appearance that is perfectly suitable for the production of decorative elements, housings for electronic components and all kinds of containers and ornaments.

PCTG belongs to the same family of polyesters as the increasingly popular PET-G. Compared to its more popular counterpart, PCTG offers increased impact strength, temperature resistance and clarity, making it an excellent alternative to PET-G. This filament does not require a heated chamber, which makes it ideal for use with home printers. It ensures high dimensional stability, while low shrinkage prevents the model from cracking. This makes it an easy-to-print material, even for people without a lot of experience in 3D printing.

PCTG is characterized by a much higher impact strength compared to similar materials (e.g. PET-G). It achieves results in the region of 90 kJ/m2 (PET-G: 5-8 kJ/m2) in the Izod test (notched sample). PCTG also withstands higher temperatures (up to 76°C).

Fiberlogy PCTG is recyclable and approved for contact with food. The material is BPA free.

Thanks to its resistance to UV radiation, high temperatures and humidity, Fiberlogy ASA is the perfect choice for all 3D printing applications that will be exposed to weather conditions. High mechanical and thermal resistance (up to 94°C) and ease of printing make this material a great replacement for ABS, ensuring its popularity in the automotive industry and in the manufacturing of everyday items.

ASA (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate), due to its clearly lower shrinkage than ABS, does not require a heated chamber to ensure a successful print. Unlike its predecessor, ASA gives off much less annoying odours. Less shrinkage and good adhesion prevent the model from curling and cracking and ensure high stability of the print dimensions.

The finished model made with Fiberlogy ASA can be smoothed by exposure to acetone. The material is suitable for sanding and painting. It can also be glued with acetone.

IMPACT PLA offers properties that are similar or better than those of ABS filaments while keeping the ease and security of the printing process typical of traditional PLA. This technical filament ensures increased resistance to cracking and breaking due to its high impact strength and a higher resistance to high temperatures. With these properties, IMPACT PLA is ideal for creating demanding prints working in extreme conditions while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail.

IMPACT PLA is a tried and tested filament for printing functional prototypes and large heavy-duty tools.

TPE SEBS 95A is a soft material great for prototyping where rubber-like or elastomeric properties and durability are required. Jabil’s PA 0600 filament is a polyamide/polyketone alloy with high stiffness, good wear resistance, low friction and self-lubricating characteristics. The high stiffness and self-lubricating qualities make post-print machining, such as fly cuts, thread taps and heat stakes, simple and effective.
